Lee’s ACL Reconstruction Surgery Experience
(0:00) Six months in front, flipping back off the bike and now I flip it on the snowboard as well. (0:06) Here we go brothers.
(0:09) Lee Bowers here. (0:12) We’re out here on the border of Switzerland and France, snowboarding this is actually my fourth time since (0:17) my knee operation. I was in Bahrain on my motorbike, put my leg down, kneecap went backwards (0:22) and I’ve done every ligament and actually snapped my shin bone.
We researched then Professor (0:27) Adrian Wilson, what a legend that guy is. Harley Street, went there, he reconstructed my (0:32) leg, he cut my hamstrings out, put them through my old ligament on my knee, it’s called (0:37) gloving I believe, but obviously Professor Adrian Wilson will let you know the exact terms because (0:43) I’m not sure.
After two months I was riding nice and easy, about four months in riding properly, (0:49) six months in front, flipping back off the bike. (1:09) I just want to say thanks to Professor Adrian Wilson and all his team at Harley Street, (1:14) I wouldn’t be doing this without you, thanks mate.
