Hello, my name is Kosrow Sehat. I’m an orthopaedic surgeon. (0:04) I have recently had the pleasure of visiting the Orthopaedic Innovations team and seeing their work.
(0:11) I have to say the team’s dedication and efficiency is truly remarkable. (0:16) I have a particular interest in hip replacement surgery and I was keen to learn the surgical (0:21) technique that Dr. Kley has developed for hip replacement using an intellectual approach (0:25) and the workflow. I have to say that from a biomechanical perspective I think it makes (0:31) perfect sense and renders this operation a lot safer, quicker, essentially free of the risk (0:36) of dislocation and has absolutely no disadvantage at all.
I think in a few years people will be (0:41) wondering why hip replacements were not always done in this way. I will certainly be adopting (0:46) a lot of what I’ve seen and learned today into my own practice.
