(0:07) How long has it been stiff for and painful? (0:10) Excessively for a year, I’ve limped every day since I stopped playing football.
(0:14) One step at a time, one foot left foot forward all the time, holding on.
(0:18) I was trying to lift my leg up to get over these walls, my mates had to help me because they’d laugh because my right I couldn’t get it up high enough.
(0:25) I’m a heating engineer. (0:27) And not been able to do any of that before? (0:29) No, my lads have done all the work for the last year.
(0:32) Six weeks on Friday, how’s the hip feeling? (0:35) Fantastic, as good as instant recovery because shortly after the surgery, two days after, I can see that I’ve got swelling pain but not the pain that I did suffer. (0:47) Now it’s just fantastic, to be able to sit here and move my legs out, it’s just fantastic. (0:53) I was reluctant until I saw the x-ray.
(0:55) What do you think about the size of the incision? (0:58) It’s impressive, yeah, miniature.
(1:07) What were you doing on the weekend for the first time in a while? (1:11) I was playing golf with my boy, yeah. (1:12) That’s great. (1:14) I think just things are so much more advanced with the method you use, it’s fantastic. (1:20) Would you recommend it to other people? (1:23) 100%, yeah, absolutely.
