How do we offer such competitive Hip Replacement pricing?

At Orthopaedic Innovation, we are often asked by patients how we can offer such game changing hip replacement surgery at the most competitive, all-inclusive fixed price in the UK, while also at a top-class London Harley Street location. The answer is simply that this is our purpose: we believe that world-class surgical care should be accessible to everyone.

So how did we achieve this?
  • We took a world-class German surgical method and improved it further
  • We created the most efficient team around the surgeon
  • We eliminated all waste in the system
  • Work in partnership with key suppliers like be BBraun, who supply the state of the art Core Hip System, and the Weymouth hospital to keep costs as low as possible
  • Then simply pass on all of these benefits directly to our patients in the most competitive price in the UK!

However, a lower price never equates to a compromise in quality, quite the opposite. We perform our hip surgeries out of a top-tier London hospital, we use state of the art prosthesis, and our surgeons are globally recognised pioneers with decades of expertise. By utilising Dr. Kristian Kley’s adapted Rottinger approach and Rapid Recovery protocols, we have revolutionised the surgical journey, as the Kley Rapid Hip. These advanced techniques lead to shorter, more precise procedures that are safer than traditional hip surgery and result in far superior patient outcomes.

With Orthopaedic Innovation, you receive the perfect balance: exceptional value, industry-leading expertise, plus the highest standard of care.

How it works:
How to book a hip replacement and what the costs will be at each step

Book a free 10 minute discovery call with Prof. Wilson. Here you you can ask any questions you may have and Prof. Wilson will determine if you're a good candidate for hip surgery. This is a free and no-obligation call.

If you are eligible for a hip replacement, book a full Consultation with Professor Adrian Wilson, one of our world-leading experts in orthopaedic surgery. You will get a detailed medical consultation. Total cost £350.

If you don't already have an x-ray then we will book you in for a calibrated x-ray at the Weymouth Hospital before your consultation. Total cost £140 or £160 bilateral.

You can choose between in-person appointments at our Harley Street clinic or online appointments.

During the consultation Professor Wilson will review your medical condition and discuss the best treatment options for you. He will also answer any questions you have about hip replacement surgery or any of the other options.

After your initial consultation, if you decide to go ahead with surgery we’ll book you in at the Weymouth Hospital on a day and time suitable to you. Prior to surgery you will need to have a calibrated x-ray done (if you didn't have this done for your consultation above) and a pre-assessment with a nurse. You will also need to pay the balance of the £12,500. Please note, this must be paid in full 14 days before surgery and before your x-ray and pre-assessment appointment.

The Rapid Recovery Hip Replacement surgery is day case and 95% of our patients are home within 24 hours. One nights stay in hospital in a private ensuite room is included in the price.
