Prof Adrian Wilson
A forward-thinking knee and hip specialist, Prof Adrian Wilson practises at The Cromwell Hospital in London and The Weymouth Hospital. He specialises in knee ligament reconstruction, particularly anterior and posterior cruciate ligament (ACL and PCL) repair, high tibial osteotomy and joint-preserving surgery, as well as hip replacement using the Kley Rapid Recovery Hip Approach. A true innovator, he developed the global leading osteotomy plate for high tibial osteotomy and co-founded the London Osteotomy Centre. Alongside his colleague Dr Kristian Kley, he performs more than 750 joint replacements each year, many as day cases. Passionate about advancing care beyond the operating theatre, he climbed Mt Kilimanjaro last year in support of Doctors Without Borders.
